My son loves learning Spanish lately. And he’s picking it up so fast! Children absorb new languages most easily when they’re young, and the younger you can start, the better! Don’t stress about whether learning Spanish will undermine how a child learns English… All the evidence shows that childhood is actually the ideal time to learn two languages!
This free printable includes 10 pages of Spanish numbers counting from 0 to 100. You can cut the Spanish number cards into individual flashcards, or use them as a full sheet like a mini poster. Either way I recommend laminating them for durability.
I recommend teaching each sheet as a separate batch rather than introducing all the numbers at once, especially if your kiddo is still working on counting to 100 in English. My son learned 0-9 in Spanish our first week and 10-19 our second week. We’re starting 20-29 now. These also have the added bonus of reinforcing number recognition in English!
I have two versions of this free printable: one in color and one in black and white to save ink.
